HEAD OF DEPARTMENT, ENFORCEMENT, INVESTIGATION AND COMPLIANCE (EIC)

Ms Vivian Tetteh is the General Manager of the Enforcement, Investigation and Compliance Department at the Right to Information Commission, Ghana. With over 25 years of work experience and cross-functional leadership spanning alternative dispute resolution, human resource management, and academia, she plays a vital role in upholding institutional transparency. Initially joining the Commission as General Manager of the Tribunal Department, she has consistently leveraged statutory frameworks to advance the core mandate of the Right to Information Act, 2019 (Act 989).

She has established a distinguished career in higher education and corporate administration. She served as the Dean of Student Affairs, Acting Head of the Faculty of Human Resource Management and an HR Lecturer at Data Link Institute, Tema. Her versatile professional background also includes managing personnel training as a Training Coordinator at EIB Network.

Ms Tetteh holds an MPhil in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Cape Coast. She is a certified expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through the Ghana Association of Certified Mediators and Arbitrators. Her contribution to public administration is further backed by published research in areas such as employee empowerment and corporate governance.
