His executive experience spans strategic planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and organisational governance, with a consistent focus on strengthening accountability and resource efficiency.

His core expertise includes results-based and performance management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making — applied to institutional transformation and sustainable development.

Mr. Sarpong holds a Master’s in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana, a BA (Hons) in Economics from KNUST, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Ghana.
